The South Windsor Jaycees are the organizers of two of the largest events each year in the South Windsor community. The annual Wapping Fair, featuring amazing attractions, hundreds of animals, rides, bands and more, draws over 20,000 people each year. Paws in the Park, an all-day dog festival, raises funds for Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation and the South Windsor Bark Park, bringing in hundreds of people to watch demonstrations and take part in dog contests throughout the day.
The South Windsor Jaycees also regularly plan social activities for all to enjoy. Bowling nights, whale watches, international dinners, family picnics and more are conducted every month to give members the chance to interact in a social environment and develop friendships.
Everyone is welcome to stop by monthly membership meetings, first Tuesday every month at the South Windsor Community Center (Room 205), or any of our events to learn more about the South Windsor Jaycees.
