The Residence at South Windsor Farms, an independent, assisted and memory care community , located on the corner of Buckland Road and Deming Street in South Windsor is rounding the bend into the home stretch towards its opening date set for late fall. The building is fully enclosed with interior spaces taking shape with soon to come beautiful interior design colors and great appointments! Our driveway is paved and our sidewalks are set.
