South Windsor Police Do Torch Run, Take #PDSelfie

But first, let them take a selfie!

More than 1,500 law enforcement officers and Special Olympics Athletes will participate in this year's Torch Run, according to Special Olympics.

The South Windsor Police Department officers were part of that 1,500 and Deputy Chief Tim Edwards posted this fun selfie on the department's Facebook page, prompting gratitude from residents.

"Thank you to all the wonderful men and women of the SWPD for their continued support of the CT Special Olympics," SuEllen Cournoyer wrote.
