Two people with connections to South Windsor will be honored at the Hartford Business Journal’s annual 40 under Forty awards this year.
South Windsor resident Jenny Comerford, who works for Hartford Financial Services Group in Hartford, and Carl Harding, who works for UTC in town, are among the 40 honorees at the award ceremony, which recognizes outstanding young professionals in the Greater Hartford area.
The ceremony will take place Monday, Sept. 24 from 5 to 9 p.m. at the CT Convention Center in Hartford.
“We are thrilled to recognize this year’s honorees,” said Gail Lebert, publisher of the Hartford Business Journal, in a press release. “Each member of this year’s class is actively engaged in the communities in which they work and live. We congratulate these talented young professionals and wish them the best in their future endeavors.”
According to the release, the winners were determined by an independent panel of judges (all 40 Under Forty alum), which received more than 100 nominations.
