Members of the South Windsor Volunteer Fire Department knocked down a car fire on Nutmeg Road North near Governors Highway late Wednesday evening.
No one was injured and the car was unoccupied at the time of the fire, according to Fire Chief Kevin Cooney
“The car is is a total loss,” said Cooney.
The call came in around 10:30 p.m., Cooney said.
