Of the 392 cribbage players who attended the Grand National cribbage tournament in Appleton, WI, in the fall, five Connecticut residents received special recognition.

The ACC is composed of three branches of cribbage play; local clubs, weekend tournaments and Internet tournaments. At the awards banquet held in conjunction with Grand National each fall, players who have reached milestones in lifetime achievements are honored in each division of play. And this year, five members of the Hartford Metro Cribbage Club received awards of distinction.
