Rise and Shine!

5 Years of Yoga at Unity brings $5 Yoga, Saturdays in July.


8:00 a.m. Intermediate Levels
9:30 a.m. Beginner Levels

Please arrive 15 minutes early if it's your first visit.
Bring your own mat and water bottle.
