The South Windsor Democratic Women's Club holds its annual luncheon on April 26th with Connecticut's First Lady and CEO of the Greater Hartford Arts Council, Cathy Malloy. Invited guests include U.S. Senators Blumenthal and Murphy, Congressman John Larson, Attorney General George Jepsen, Secretary of the State Merrill, Comptroller Kevin Lembo, Treasurer Denise Nappier, State Sen.
