Between Rounds Recipe of the Week - Chicken Caesar Wrap

Tired of packing the same old stand-by for lunch? How about a super-fresh idea for a delicious, budget friendly lunch? Try a Chicken Caesar Wrap

Simply grill or pan-fry about a pound of chicken tenders until cooked through (and not pink in the center).

Wash and dry 4 to 6 leaves of crisp Romaine lettuce.  (Drying the lettuce is important because it ensures that the Caesar dressing adheres to the leaves.)  Break the romaine into a few smaller pieces and add to a mixing bowl.  Add about 1/3 of a cup of grated or shredded Parmesan cheese and drizzle with your favorite Caesar dressing.  Toss until coated. 

Cut the chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces, add to the bowl and toss together until coated.  Spoon the mixture over classic flour wraps, roll up and enjoy!
