To the Editor:
It is my privilege to endorse Kevin McCann for probate judge.
Kevin is a true professional. He demonstrates this by being the only candidate who is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. He has the knowledge, as well as that highly-important quality of “judicial temperament.” This is something that the Judiciary Committee of the Connecticut State Legislature particularly seeks when we review candidates for state judgeships.
I have known Kevin for many years and have personally witnessed the care and concern he has shown for his clients as they have been involved in the probate process. For example, rather than just accept a simple appraisal, he has contacted me several times over the years, in my role as a homebuilder, to find the best way for his clients to obtain maximum value for their home or land.
Kevin has already recognized the problems resulting from three towns having been combined into one court. Early on he discussed this with town officials in order to create arrangements that would better serve all the residents of Windsor, East Windsor and South Windsor,
Qualified and caring accurately describe Kevin McCann and are the reasons I believe he should be our next probate judge.
Sincerely,
Bill Aman
