Kevin McCann is the best choice to be Judge of Probate for the Windsor-East Windsor-South Windsor court for two important reasons:
1) Kevin McCann is the most highly-qualified candidate, having devoted his entire 22-year legal career to the field of trusts, estates and probate. Kevin has taught part of the course that new probate judges are required to take! He was recognized by Hartford Magazine as a Top Attorney in Trusts & Estates for the Greater Hartford area and was rated by his peers in the legal profession as “pre‑eminent in the field of trusts and estates, with the highest level of ethics.” No other candidate has such a high level of expertise.
2) Kevin McCann is truly concerned and compassionate. He very much wants to help people through the often-difficult events that bring them to probate court. I’ve known Kevin for more than a dozen years and have found him to be unfailingly helpful, gracious, and competent.
The upcoming election for Judge of Probate is Tuesday August 21. Voter turnout will be very low, so your vote is especially important. Please join me in choosing Kevin McCann to be Judge of Probate.
