What Is The Tax Impact of Phase 1 Of SW School Referendum?

Concerning the SW School Tax referendum to be voted on March 25, 2014 (See http://www.southwindsor.org/pages/swindsorct_clerk/school_explanatory.pdf ), has the tax impact been announced for the estimated $22 million dollar bonding that is being proposed?

An FAQ at http://www.supportsouthwindsorschools.org/faq.cfm said it would be announced prior to the vote but I have not found that.
