Drug Task Force Arrests Three South Windsor Residents in Marijuana Bust

East Central Narcotics Task Force Seizes nearly 12 pounds of marijuana, 21 plants Tuesday evening.

Three South Windsor residents are facing drug charges after police seized 11.75 pounds of marijuana and 21 marijuana plants in a drug bust on Tuesday evening.

According to a press release from the East Central Narcotics Task Force, police conducted a buy/bust operation involving Dillion Derosia, an alleged marijuana dealer, in the parking lot of Geissler’s Supermarket in South Windsor.

Derosia, according to police, was taken into custody after he sold marijuana in the parking lot.

Task force members subsequently executed a search warrant on Derosia’s home at 921 Main St. in South Windsor.

There, Task Force members seized the marijuana, the plants and grow equipment. The three residents of 921 Main St. were also arrested and charged.

Dillon Derosia, 21, was charged with possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, possession with intent to sell and four counts of sale of marijuana. Bond was set at $15,000.

Edward Derosia, 54, was charged with possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $10,000.

Laure Bancroft, 56, was charged with possession of more than 4 ounces marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $10,000.
