The Suffield driver's car was not registered or insured.

A South Windsor Police officer arrested a Suffield man Sunday after pulling him over for a traffic stop on John Fitch Boulevard.

The officer stopped Noel Sylvia, 58, who was driving with a suspended license. The vehicle Sylvia drove was not registered or insured, according to a South Windsor Police Department news release.
