Police Charge South Windsor Man With Burglary, Possession, Intent to Sell Heroin

Twin Circle resident reported suspicious activity to police.

A South Windsor man is in custody after he allegedly broke into a car and officers found him with 20 bags of heroin.

According to police, Ryan Grzesiak, 19, of 410 Beelzebub Road, South Windsor, was one of two men who had been driving around Twin Circle drive, trying to break into cars and looking for things to steal. 

A resident called police around 8 p.m. Sunday to report the activity but the men fled when they realized that they had been spotted, police said.

Police reportedly found Grzesiak a few minutes later on Buckland Road and discovered that he had with him 20 bags of heroin.

He was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and third-degree burglary. Grzesiak was held on $10,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court Monday, Sept. 16.
