South Windsor Gazebo Fire Prompts Call for Info
If you have any information on a Chapin Street gazebo fire, the Fire Marshal's Office wants to hear from you.
No injuries were reported after a Monday, April 14, gazebo fire on Chapin Street. The South Windsor Fire Department posted the following on its Facebook page:
"At approximately 2:30 a.m. today, the Fire Department responded to Chapin Street for a gazebo fire. Upon arrival, firefighters found a gazebo fully involved and collapsed. The fire was quickly extinguished and no injuries or other property damage were reported. The Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the cause of the fire. Anyone with information may call the arson hot line at 1-800-84ARSON."
