On Sunday April 6, South Windsor Police responded to a Millpond Drive home for a domestic dispute.
Officers learned that a man allegedly shoved a woman during a dispute and arrested Ryan Draeger, 18, of 510 Millpond Drive, South Windsor.
He was charged with assault in the third degree and breach of peace. Draeger was later released on a $500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on April 7.Find out what's happening in South Windsorwith free, real-time updates from Patch.
