South Windsor police arrested a New Britain man on a warrant last week after police said he sold ecstasy pills earlier this year.
Henry Garcia, 19, of 62 Fairview St. in New Britain, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and sale of a controlled substance.He was held on a $100,000 bond.
