South Windsor Police Log: Aug. 30-Sept. 1

Jennifer Byrka, 30, of 155 Windshire Drive, South Windsor, was arrested Aug. 30 and charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane. According to police, a South Windsor police officer stopped Byrka on Ayers Road and conducted field sobriety tests. She was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court Sept. 9.
Kendra Dugas, 39, of 605 Summer Hill Drive, South Windsor, was arrested Aug. 30 on a re-arrest warrant and charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was release on a $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court Sept. 12.
Pamela London, 29, of 3 Pratt St., East Hartford, was arrested Aug. 31 on Robert Drive and charged with possession of a controlled substance. According to police, London was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and found to have crack cocaine with her. She was release on a $2,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 12 in Manchester Superior Court.

Brian Luby, 25, of 45 Woodside Drive, South Windsor, was arrested Sept. 1 following field sobriety tests and charged with operating under the influence, failure to carry a license and failure to drive in the proper lane. He was released on $2,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 9 in Manchester Superior Court.
