Jeff Gooden, 22, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 2 with breach of peace, interference with emergency calls, and assault in the third degree. The charges stem from a domestic dispute in which Gooden allegedly punched his girlfriend in the face during an argument at the Target store. Gooden was released on a $2,000 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Aug. 3.
Leroy Hamblin, 35, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 2 with failure to appear in the second degree. Hamblin was held on a $500 surety bond and was scheduled to be presented at Manchester Superior Court on Aug. 3.
