Michael Roberts, 36, of Q-7 St. Marc Circle, was charged on Sept. 25 with breach of peace and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.  According to South Windsor police, the charge stems from an alleged incident in which Roberts grabbed a female resident in a condominium and shoved her during an argument. Additionally, Roberts allegedly damaged an entertainment center in the home. Roberts was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond. He was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Tuesday Sept. 25.
