South Windsor Police Log: Nov. 27 - Dec. 1

Peter Cessario, 68, of 74 Kingfisher Circle, South Windsor was arrested Nov. 27 after an officer suspected he was driving under the influence of alcohol. According to police, Cessario was stopped on Ellington Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane. Cessario was later released on a $500 nonsurety bond and scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Dec. 9.
 
Eric Morissette, 24, of 43 Dawn Drive, South Windsor, was arrested Thursday and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane. According to police, Morissette was seen by an officer on Ellington Road near the commuter lot. An officer conducted roadside sobriety tests and arrested Morissette. He was later released on a $500 nonsurety bond and scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Dec. 9.
 
Kaitlynn Flagg, 23, of 26 Westford Ave., Stafford Springs, was arrested by warrant Thursday and charged with violation of mandatory security requirements (no insurance- vehicle) and was released 
on $750 nonsurety bond. Flagg is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Dec. 5. According to police, Flagg’s charges stem from a May 2013 motor vehicle accident in which it was determined that the insurance card she provided was no longer valid and she was in fact uninsured.
