South Windsor Police: Man Held Child While Shoving Woman During Domestic Dispute

Thomas "Tiger" Moynihan, 27, is facing risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct charges.

A South Windsor man is facing several charges after he allegedly pushed a woman during a dispute over custody of their infant child.

Thomas “Tiger” Moynihan, 27, of 1004 Summer Hill Drive, was allegedly holding the child when he shoved the woman, according to South Windsor Sgt. Scott Custer.

Moynihan was charged with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor and was later released on $5,000 non-surety bond.

Moynihan is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court today.
