A 63-year-old Willington man is facing charges after he allegedly pointed a handgun at another motorist who approached his car on Buckland Road in South Windsor, according to police.
John Prusak, 63, of Willington, was charged with breach of Peace and threatening in the second degree from an incident that took place in November 2012.
According to police, the incident arose out of an alleged dispute in a parking lot. Prusak allegedly flashed his headlights at the other motorist at a stop sign and the man exited his car to see what Prusak wanted, according to police.
Prusak then pointed a small handgun at the other motorist, according to police. Both men went their separate ways and the incident was reported to the police. The Connecticut State Police were notified of the incident and were requested to revoke Prusak’s pistol permit.
Prusak was held on a $50,000 surety bond and was presented at Manchester Superior Court later on Dec. 31, 2012.
