Two Men Electrocuted to Death in South Windsor

Police say the men were operating a dump truck when it struck live wires.

The Hartford Courant has identified the victims of the accident as Lloyd Folsom, 55, and Connor Betts, 22. 

Folsom was the owner of Folsom Construction, where the accident took place.
