Trouble with people like yourself go light now worry about it later. What about the people who were involved, they don't count. I'm sure they were upset and the police the had to respond to the scene. Forgot about them, risking there lives over something small. They had no idea what was going on until they got there. they could have gotten into an accident over some something minor.
Yes he needs to be treated like criminal that he is!
