Owner of Reawaken Your Dreamer in East Windsor,  I am a transformational coach, psychotherapist, Ordained Minister of Spiritual Peacemaking, energy healer, author and inspirational speaker.  I'm also the mother of three awesome young adults!  I founded Spirit Matters, a holistic healing center that was located in Ellington for 7 years.  I have studied the mind/body/spirit connection for over 25 years and am passionate about helping people overcome their limiting beliefs, fears and behaviors and move into lives of greater joy, passion, purpose and authenticity.  I live in Ellington and previously resided in South Windsor.
