South Windsor Police: Man Punched Woman Outside Bowling Lounge

Gary Wright, 48, of Hartford, faces several charges after possibly breaking the woman's jaw.

A Hartford man is facing several charges after he allegedly punched a woman outside Revolutions Bowling and Lounge in South Windsor on Friday evening, according to police.

Gary Wright, 48, was charged by South Windsor police with assault in the second degree, breach of peace and unlawful restraint in the first degree. He was held on a $75,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court today.

According to police, the woman was treated at scene for a possible broken jaw and was transported by ambulance to St. Francis Hospital for examination.
After he allegedly punched the woman, Wright fled the scene and was located by police on Route 5 near I-291.
